Position Description: The Activities Assistant in Memory Care is responsible for creating an active and home like atmosphere while planning, organizing, and implementing activties for the residents in accordance with Hearth's LIVE MORE philosophy to maximize resident adjustment, a healthy lifestyle, and social engagement.
Education/Training/ Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have relevant experience as an Activties Assitant in a health care setting or similar experience.
