The Department of Radiology is seeking a highly-organized multi-tasker to fill the position of Administration Assistant II. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This position performs a variety of administrative support activities such as greets and directs visitors, answers a multi-line phone system, schedules meetings, orders meals, maintains calendars, sorts and distributes mail, coordinates Radiation Exposure Program, inputs and monitors Work Orders, coordinates Lecturer visits, orders office supplies, prepares reimbursements, performs duties that may involve mathematical calculations, edits and proofreads documents, performs data entry and delivers documents to departments on campus.

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
