As a member of the North American payroll team, the Payroll Admin II will process payroll the US biweekly payroll, manage tax payments and filings for various taxing jurisdictions, and assist the payroll department as necessary.
Assist in processing the US bi-weekly payroll
Review employees on a leave of absence to ensure they are paid correctly
Process final checks for terminated employees in accordance to state laws
Record stock compensation in Workday and Peoplesoft payroll system
Pay biweekly & monthly tax payments as well as file quarterly tax returns for various jurisdictions
Run various reports for the Finance department
Perform daily payroll department operations and assist the payroll department as needed
2-4 years of payroll experience in a multi-state tax environment.
Self-motivated and ability to work well within a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written, verbal and organization skills
High degree of knowledge in Excel, Word and other Microsoft programs
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Experience with Workday a plus
