Well established and small Delaware County client is seeking a direct hire Administrative Assistant to support the Outside Sales Representatives, management team and communicate with vendors.
Hours= Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
This person will be responsible for setting up in-house trainings, getting materials ready for events, ordering food, printing name tags, ordering shirts, and making sure all materials are prepared prior to the event that morning. Will also be supporting 8+ Outside Sales Reps in regards for putting together presentations, marketing materials, guidebooks and sending gifts to clients. Pulling reports for the Vice President, putting together presentations, updating the company calendar and additional support with projects.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Administrative support
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (will be tested)
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to wear multiple hats
- High School diploma
- Must have a minimum of 3 year's Administrative & Customer service experience
- Experience supporting a sales team or multiple team members is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
