How you will make an impact
- Greet and instruct visitors
- Answer telephone calls and return voicemails
- Assist other employees with diverse projects
- Organize word processors, files, and faxes- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience
- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
-Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP
