Associates Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of administrative/office related experience
Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of MS Access and/or prior database experience working with tables, fields, and reporting
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
