Our Family Support Center is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Administrative Assistant to provide support for the program. The Center provides basic needs assistance to low income households and connects families to financial literacy and other programs to strengthen their financial condition. As the Administrative Assistant you will collaborate with the program staff to ensure that all required data for reporting purposes are up to date and entered into its appropriate database system, and perform clerical and administrative duties in support of the program. We are looking for a candidate who has administrative experience, knowledge of office management procedures, and strong organizational skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task is a must!
Education/Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma is required. Must possess reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
