Competencies/Daily Duties (Included but not limited to): Assisting with maintaining project files, filing, maintaining overall job records, answering telephone, general administration duties, drafting emails, preparing lien releases, preparing permit packages for processing at city or county. Must be detail oriented.
Proficient in excel, word, outlook and drop box. Applicant must be willing to learn and comply with companies framework, procedures and policies. Strong organizational skills required.
