|The Supply Management organization has a need for administrative support as part of our Procurement Transformation program. The administrative support will work with our Supplier Enablement lead to coordinate calls to our supply base with the goal of identifying the correct contact information ? name, address, email, phone ? to whom supplier communications should be sent.|
The key requirements for this role include:
? Phone Skills ? ability to communicate and read from a script.
? Excel Skills ? ability to work and enter data into spreadsheets.
? Organization Skills ? ability to coordinate input from multiple sources, track progress of tasks, and manage time.
? Team Player ? ability to join an existing team with little transition time.
? Quick Learner ? ability to immediately start to contribute.
Previous experience working in a call center environment, particularly within procurement or supply management, or experience with Ariba procurement system is a plus.
40 hours per week, 8-5 CST.
