Job Type: Part Time – (16-24 hours/week)
Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 Per Hour
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Marketing (one position) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our staff and office manager, assisting in daily office needs and our company’s general administrative activities. Duties of the Marketing Assistant include providing support to our Sales Manager in various Marketing needs.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a friendly outgoing personality and be able to communicate with customers over the phone on a daily basis.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Must be proficient in Windows Operating Systems as well as in Excel. Quickbooks a plus but not necessary.
- Social media marketing experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp and YouTube.
- Experience with LinkedIn.
- Email marketing experience with Constant Contact or MailChimp.
- Must be able to use Adobe Photoshop.
- Graphic design, photography and/or videography experience.
- High School degree or equivalent (Required).
- Marketing background a plus.
