IES Residential is currently seeking and administrative assistant for our Suwanee, GA office.
Job duties include:
- Payroll data entry
- Assist with A/P
- Co-ordinate and organize appointments/meetings
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Greet guests and direct them to the correct staff member
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records
- Type documents, reports and correspondence
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Team player
- Previous experience preferred, but candidates without experience will be considered
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office (experience with MS Excel required)
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging, and data collection
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous construction-industry background a plus
