Seeking a responsible, dependable individual to provide administrative support for the Infusion Center. Duties include scheduling patient appointments, answering telephones, typing correspondence, maintaining patient charts, and other duties as assigned. Occasional travel to offer assistance to off site locations will be required as needed. Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and two years of administrative/office management experience. Experience in an outpatient medical practice setting, experience with various computer programs, medical terminology, good organizational skills, pleasant telephone voice, skillfull and pleasant interaction with the public preferred. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
