The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Staff. The position works 52 weeks per year, 5 hours per day.

$22.50/hr. This is a non-exempt position.
This position will automatically be enrolled in the Public Employees' Retirement Fund (PERF) through the state of Indiana, which includes a defined benefit (Pension) as well as an Annuity Savings Account (ASA).
Accumulated sick leave, personal business, holidays and vacation days are provided.
EVSC employees have access to EVSC Wee Care, our employee-only early learning centers. Wee Care provides a quality early learning experience for employees' children as young as six weeks through age five at a special employee cost.
This part-time position does not include health insurance.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Office of the Chief of Staff and subsequent departments (student supports and safety and security) requiring substantial discretion in the use and handling of confidential and sensitive information and serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the Office of Chief of Staff. Responsible for internal and external support services, requiring a thorough knowledge of the operations, policies, procedures, rules, regulations, precedents, and management objectives of the District with ability to interpret and apply that knowledge with good judgment.
