Our team is growing come and join us as an Administrative Assistant. You will provide administrative support and related tasks for the leasing division. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional ad hoc projects.
Essential Job Functions:
· Provide administrative support, which may include scanning, faxing and copying documents.
· Answers consumer equipment financing (CEF) phone lines.
· Assists with special projects for the tax and legal departments.
· Provides back-up and coverage for receptionist.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Typically, 0 to 2+ years’ experience with high school diploma or equivalent
· High School diploma or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
