About the Job
Our client, a Commercial Lender, is looking for an Administrative Assistant in their Troy office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, preparing reports, typing correspondence, coordinating travel and calendar organization.
The pay range for the Administrative Assistant is between $15 and $18 per hour based on experience. Work hours will be8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
This is a long-term contract position
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Prepare and review correspondence and reports
- Provide detailed and accurate information
- Running reports and preforming audits
- Enter data into a database
- Develop and send reminder letters
- Schedule and coordinate on and off-site meetings
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
- Experience working in an Administrative capacity is a plus
- Ability to build successful relationships with customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be detail oriented
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
Administrative Assistant Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication skills
