Wilmington, PA - We are currently hiring for a temp to hire Admin Assistant position with the potential for an immediate start!
This person will be responsible for communicating with other branch locations in the region, dispatchers, customers, vendors, managers, and corporate customer service.- This person will be entering and confirming customer orders, filing, scanning pods, and answering phones.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
Salary: $14-16/hour depending on experience
-Answer incoming calls
-Communicate with multiple branches and assist with dispatching
-Enter customer orders
-Provide updates for customers regarding order status
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Customer Service skills
-Data entry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Accounts Payable experience *A PLUS*
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous office and customer service experience
-Ability to be flexible with work hours
