Perform various clerical tasks and provide administrative and staff support to the HR & Administration Department. Perform data entry on various administrative data base systems. Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports, and perform general administrative functions, to include data entry of manual timesheets, photocopying and filing. Will use the Internet and E-mail systems to retrieve information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Will be the main back-up for the front desk/switchboard
2.Clerical Support to HR/Administration personnel as required.
3.Assist in general filing, printing and distribution of paper timesheets and copying
4.Perform data entry of manual timesheets and employee information and maintain reports.
5.Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
