Administrative Staff - Insurance & Federal Claims Services (IFCS) Assurance Requisition # TAL00018 Post Date Apr 11, 2019 . **Job Summary:** The Administrative Staff position provides administrative support to both clients and client-serving staff. This role will be responsible for creating and updating Excel spreadsheets, data management, managing and printing documents while working at the client site or the EY office. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the review, payout, and closeout process for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant applicants + Work closely with client and EY employees to ensure that the FEMA grant applicants receive their financial reimbursement in a timely and effective manner + Creating payment packages by identifying relevant documents and other information in client portals and assembling them into packets for client processing + Reviewing various grant documentation using established checklists + Be proficient in industry and internal terminologies after trainings + Effectively communicate with client personnel; Assist in the maintenance of various project status update trackers and other tools **Requirements/Qualifications:** + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Public Policy, or other related field + A minimum of 6+ months experience working in an office or client facing setting + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and simple browser based interfaces + Self-starter, can work independently and part of a larger team + Strong attention to detail. + Will consider full-time or part-time applicants. **What working at EY offers** We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
