TRC Staffing is now interviewing for an upcoming Administrative Support positions for our client in Dunwoody, GA.
This client is an international leader for retail configuration in the merchandising technology field, and has opening for

Job Duties Include:
- Entering order information in company database and software
- Processing account information
- Matching invoices and orders to ensure customers' needs are met
- Drafting and sending correspondence for customers
- Copying, scanning and filing documents as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or Data Entry role
- Exceptional computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Outlook and Excel (will be assessed)
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Critical thinking and ability to analyze data for decision making
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up on new tasks
- Self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks quickly
- Must be extremely advanced computer literate as this is a technology company.
