Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell SPS. You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.
+ Lead and Manage Product Development teams in an global environment
+ Schedule and Milestone development/mgmt.
+ Stakeholders relationships
+ Estimation development and analysis, (cost and project viability)
+ Metric development/reporting
+ Manage project risk
+ Vendor interface
+ Project Performance
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years experience in product development
+ 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
+ Engineering or Project Management Degree is Preferred
+ Strong Leadership skills
+ Leading multidisciplinary teams (EE,ME, Embedded Firmware and Software)
+ PMP is preferred
+ AGILE experience
+ Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
