The schedule for this position is 1:30pm-10pm (Wed-Sun)
Provide customer service for in-house guests, serving as primary point of resolution for guest needs during second shift. Also conducts housekeeping and light maintenance inspections and ensures resolution of any deficiencies in support of exceptional hospitality standards and Count on Me! service.
Customer Service: Provides customer service to in-house guests, serving as primary point of contact in response to after-hours guest issues/calls during second shift, including resolution of lockouts, housekeeping issues, light maintenance issues, etc. Also includes delivery of household items to units as needed/requested by guests, including linens, amenities, light bulbs, TV remotes, utensils/cookware, small appliances, etc.
Minor Maintenance: Completes minor maintenance work orders during second shift, recording work orders and maintenance issues in Corrigo, including changing light bulbs, TV remote issues, putting bi-fold doors on track, changing air-filters, etc.
Housekeeping Inspections:Conducts housekeeping inspections (pre-arrivals, deep cleans, etc.) as assigned, using housekeeping inspection checklist to identify any issues. If issues are identified, either resolves issues while in-unit or records/reports issues in Corrigo so appropriate housekeeping or maintenance resources may be dispatched to the unit. Depending on urgency of housekeeping issues, may be required to contact housekeeping resources directly to expedite resolution of issues.
Maintenance Inspections:Conducts maintenance inspections/walk-throughs as assigned, using maintenance checklist to identify deficiencies. Once identified, either fixes issues while in-unit, or enters work orders in Corrigo, so appropriate maintenance resources may be dispatched to the unit. Depending on urgency of maintenance issues, may be required to contact maintenance resources directly to expedite resolution of issues.
Linens: Inspect condition of linens and verify linen counts as assigned. Record/report dirty linen that needs to be picked up, to the Housekeeping Manager/Coordinator. Maintain linen room(s) as assigned, including stocking linens, set up linen bags for housekeepers, assemble sleeper-sofa bags and amenity packets, conduct amenity inventories. etc.
Housekeeping:Perform housekeeping duties as needed/assigned.
Other Duties as Assigned
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
Min 1 year customer service experience, preferably in hospitality industry
Valid Drivers License
