We are searching for an
Agile Project Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the entire life cycle of a project or program using the Agile Scrum project management functions. The Agile Scrum Master will also serve as an advocate, promoter and facilitator of agile project methodologies. The Project Manager (PM) creates a collaborative team environment with all business partners to accomplish tasks with a high degree of quality. The PM has a proven track record of successfully managing all types of projects regardless of scope or complexity as well as successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. He or she provides guidance to the project team and strives to ensure that the project aligns with other projects of the client, objectives, and goals. The PM understands and follows the client's standard project management methodology. To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- ScrumMaster certified with deep expertise and adherence to agile processes
- Agile Certifications required i.e. CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP
- 3-5+ years of experience in Scrum Master role applying Scrum principles, and practices.
- Software development experience a plus
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management tool experience a plus
