Basic Qualifications
Candidates MUST meet the following basic qualifications in order to be considered for this role:
Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Education may count toward years of experience. Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and databases required.
Additional Qualifications
Basic understanding of research compliance issues necessary. General familiarity with sponsored research agreements and a basic understanding of intellectual property a must. Experience with Harvard/ HMS/HSPH policies and systems (GMAS, CREW) strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an attention to detail are required. Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion. Flexibility and willingness to collaborate to complete tasks. Strength and interest in process and operational efficiency.
