The New England Coalition Against Trafficking (NECAT) is a federally-funded project of the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP)/ Look Beneath the Surface project, based out of the Administration for Children and Families. The project brings together anti-human trafficking leaders from across all of New England to advance our ability to identify and serve victims of labor and sex trafficking.
The Anti-Trafficking Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the NECAT Director and Program Coordinator in the areas of grant administration, oversight and support of partner agencies, outreach, training, technical assistance, victim identification and referral, and data tracking and reporting. Along with the Program Coordinator, this staff member will coordinate communication and training/technical assistance to NECAT’s six State Leads, three survivor Leads, and expert T/TA consultants. They will also collect data from network members, improve data tracking procedures and assist in the writing of quarterly federal reports. Finally, this role involves planning and implementation of product development, NECAT Days of Action, NECAT trainings, the NECAT Advanced Learning webinar series, the NECAT Annual Conference, and development of survivor leadership programming. The Anti-Trafficking Outreach Coordinator is a part-time position; additional hours may be available for licensed or license-eligible mental health clinicians who have experience in child and family clinical intervention.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the field of human trafficking, working knowledge of regional trends related to highly vulnerable populations across New England, and experience delivering presentations related to human trafficking. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with overall program management, monitoring, and evaluation, and will have strong organizational, communication, written, and interpersonal skills. PhD, PsyD, or MA preferred.
