DIO (Digital Infrastructure Operations) IPA AppServices Engineer: This role provides expert technical support for the IPA Application Stack. This includes all software titles and databases used to support the IPA suite of applications. This role is the IPA Software Expert and will provide installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and administrative support for the IPA applications. They will be the first line of administrative and application support. This role contributes to the creation of KPI's, monitoring, administration, automation, orchestration, buildout, support, etc to maintain the Service. This role works closely with the other DIO Team and Core IT members to ensure the delivery of the IPA Service. This role will contribute to the 24x7 support of this service.
Roles and Responsibilities
·WorkFusion Application Expert
·Understands all components of the Intelligent Automation (IA) platform. (WorkFusion, Linux, Windows Server, Windows Workstation, SQL, Networking, Security, etc.)
·Familiarity with Open Source technologies
·Ability to create / modify professional technical documentation.
·Experience and desire to automate all aspects of the environment.
·Contributes towards Continuous Improvement of IA Services.
·Ensures IA Services (Applications) are at current versions and support levels.
·Contributes to 24x7 On-Call support for IA Services
·Ability to troubleshoot complex systems crossing multiple technologies and geographic regions.
·Adheres to regional/global policies and applicable change control procedures.
·English fluency required
·Contributes to Agile Planning for Sprint Team
·Experience with WorkFusion
·Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS.
·ARM Templates, PowerShell, Python, Chef, Puppet
·Additional spoken and/or written languages
·4 year college degree or equivalent professional experience with WorkFusion and Intelligent Automation
