- The Application Analyst role provides technical support for problems and changes as they relate to Partners Application Delivery and Citrix services provided by Partners.
- Resolving and reporting on service ticket issues (using Service Now) and maintaining proper documentation is a primary responsibility for this role. The Engineer monitors various service functions which include Citrix software, dashboards, in addition to performing daily health checks.
- As the Application Analyst you will be involved in the service and performance monitoring, technical support and trouble-shooting of all Citrix infrastructure
- Service Now Ticket Management Experience and ITIL knowledge
- Citrix Receiver and/or Workspace App installation and troubleshooting experience
- Solid documentation and communication skills
- There may be other duties assigned to you as the Application Analyst.
