The applicants, depending on experience, shall manage or participate in the creation or production of commercial, retail, industrial, educational, or healthcare architectural projects from their inception stage through construction document phase, the permitting phase, Construction Administration, and through the completion of construction.
Architect shall be licensed in Arizona.
Applicant requires 3 to 5 years architectural AutoCAD experience.
Develop and manage project scope, schedules, additional services, budgets, and client expectations, Contractor RFC's, RFI's, and COP's.
Participate in coordination meetings with Owner and Consultants.
Prepares construction documents and manages the preparation of construction documents with consultants and other staff members.
Prepare/ revise construction specifications.
Interprets and implements relevant building codes.
Prepares City Permit Applications and submits plans and Specifications to Cities and Municipalities for Plan Review and Permitting.
Prepare responses to clients, Cities, and Municipalities plan review comments.
Coordinate workload through the entire project to complete documents on schedule, responding to RFI's, and reviewing shop drawings.
Conduct field, site, Scope Walk visits, Pre-Bid, Pre-Construction meetings, and prepares written reports and photos.
Verify accuracy and completeness of drawings and photos prior to City and Municipality submittals for permit.
Work with-in a schedule driven environment.
Work as part of a project team.
Candidate shall have 3 to 5 years employment experience within an architectural firm.
Candidate shall be experienced in developing commercial, retail, restaurant, food service, tenant improvement, educational, industrial, and healthcare construction documentation and project management.
