Architectural Job Captain at Ware Malcomb

Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Chicago area office in Oak Brook for an Architectural Job Captain!

Architectural Job Captains assist the Project Manager by leading the coordination of consultants and internal resources for each phase of the project (site planning, conceptual, SD, DD, CD, CA) . You will also provide Revit support, maintain project drawings, provide construction services, code research and assist with project schedules, budgets and submittals.

Architectural Job Captain Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
• Experience working on industrial or commercial projects strongly preferred 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• Revit skills
• Knowledge of Newforma
• Knowledge of building codes
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
