Assist in overseeing the Beverage Department. Track product shortages and equipment needs. Assist with interviewing and training new staff in their job duties. Responsibilities includes liquor inventory, scheduling, shift bids and managing budget and labor costs.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. Previous beverage experience at the supervisory level preferred. Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department.
