Assistant City Attorney II at City of Greeley

The City of Greeley is seeking an Attorney II to provide expert assistance and legal advice in support of the City Council, City Manager, and other City departments.  This position will join ten other attorneys in the City Attorney’s Office.   Responsibilities of the Attorney II may include criminal prosecution, general municipal law, administrative law, and agency advice.  Additional responsibilities assigned to this position may include oversight of municipal court prosecution responsibilities (including drafting policies, procedures, and forms), review of new legislation, civil litigation, and administrative law.  This position will have significant responsibility for advising city departments with an emphasis on providing advice to the Greeley Police Department.
