Responsible for the overnight functions in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to the respective staff.Responsible for the smooth communication and service standards between all departments; ensuring Forbes Five-Star service is reflected in each area of the operation, responds and resolves to hotel service issues/guest satisfaction, oversees the maintenance and overall safety procedures of the premise and that they are being practiced and safety concerns are addressed accordingly.
