Maintain daily staffing levels within budget. Coach, counsel, and ensure productivity of Team Members. Maintain communication and quality working relationships. Provide assistance and solutions for guest opportunities. Ability to exceed guest service standards in accordance with Station Casinos guidelines.
Ability to communicate effectively. Must be a strong leader and have good motivational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Two years hotel - two years Front Desk experience. Knowledge on LMS preferred.
