Our Management team within our Latham Call Center is hiring!!!
Business Hours: (Must have availability to work within the hours listed) If an employee is scheduled for a Saturday, a half or full day will be given during the week to meet the 40 hour work week schedule.
Monday-Wednesday 8-5pm, Thursday & Friday 8-6pm, Saturday 9-1pm.
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise staff and ensure proper loan and underwriting staff coverage as required. Monitors all loan application and referral systems to maximize effectiveness and staffing levels. Assigns loans and underwriting duties among staff to guarantee that all applications, underwriting, and referrals are properly completed. Conducts quality reviews of loan applications ensuring that credit union policies and procedures are followed. Coaches and motivates staff to achieve sales goals. Prepares promotions to increase sales of credit union products and services. Completes accurate reports necessary to track all data required to effectively manage the call center. Analyzes information and suggests improvements. Interviews loan applicants to inform members of current rates, policy requirements, and the lending services offered by the credit union. Receives and underwrites loan applications.
The ideal candidate will have a High school graduate or GED or higher plus prior banking/lending/credit experience. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills a must. Prior leadership experience preferred.
