Minimum 8+ years’ experience in the commercial food service industry and 5+ years in a managerial position
Qualified with Certifications as a Standard Northern Virginia Food Manager
Valid ServSafe Certification
Experienced in management of health and safety regulations and keeping a clean and orderly kitchen and cafeteria area.
Knowledgeable of the USDA / DOE requirements & the YFT nutrition program
