An acute facility is seeking an AssistantNurse Manager in Southern California!
The RN Assistant Unit Manager will report to the Director of Surgery. The Nurse Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all operations of the department according to the policies, procedures, standards. The AssistantNurse Manager responsibilities include the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluation of individuals and processes for the department to ensure consistent high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

As the Assistant Unit Manager, you will be a pillar of strength and leadership to the Surgical Nurse team through helping coordinate scheduling, patient assignments, and hands on patient care throughout the Operating Room.
