The Assistant Marketing Manager will provide analytical, project management and thought leadership for the projects in which they are assigned, delivering on key business objectives and supporting day-to-day business activities. The Assistant Marketing Manager will report directly to a Category Marketing Manager, yet will support multiple managers / product categories.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
Manage day-to-day portfolio activity and problem resolution with key cross - functional areas across all regions including: customer brands, purchasing, promotional agencies, consumer affairs, master files, finance, product development, regulatory, quality assurance, sales, operations and distribution.
Coordinate high profile projects and multiple projects at a time.
Assist in development and execution of marketing presentations, customer presentations and marketing plans.
Monthly reporting of business and category performance.
Project coordination of new product opportunities including developing point of sales materials, merchandising displays, sell sheets, and account presentations.
Assist with new product development and commercialization support and documentation.
Support for marketing campaign execution and community management, marketing research, and reporting.
Retail packaging development and management.
Meeting and event coordination.
