Thriving Property Management Company is seeking an ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER to join our solid team!.
Applicant will assist multiple property managers with existing portfolios, in addition to answering phones and covering front desk when needed.

Job Description - Including, but not limited to:
-Report directly to Property Manager(s)
-Prepare Monthly/Annual Board meeting packets
-Communicate with Board members and Homeowners
-Prepare and organize mailings
-Assist on incoming calls; try to resolve before getting to PM
-Schedule meetings, as needed
-Communicate with vendors; liaise between vendor(s) and homeowner(s) and PM
-Issue work orders
