JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Call Center Manager in achieving sales goals through consistent operational excellence, discipline, and a committed team who execute flawlessly. The role of an Assistant Manager is to assist the Call Center Manager in fulfilling and executing the company mission statement on a daily basis. Is obsessive about our product, people and our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: SALES CHAMPION * Assists the Call Center Manager in meeting or exceeding assigned sales plans and target metric objectives by training and coaching employees to execute operational efficiencies in order to drive-out a high closing ratio of booked calls.. Ensures customer interaction expectations are focused on driving cross promoting sales. * Maintains a commitment to the company s sales processes, values and business code of ethics. * Assists the Call Center Manager in monitoring and addressing patterns of poor performance.
As a Sales Assistant Manager , you would be responsible for:
Responsible for store performance goals and revenue growth/maintenance
Assists in maintaining store staff by recruiting, orienting and training associates
Greet and assist customers load and unload items for repair.
Inform all customers of all other services available in person or over the phone
Complete credit application as required
Prospect for new business by telemarketing our database
Keep coworkers informed of promotions and products
Assist Store Manager with training and managing all coworkers
Assign coworkers to specific duties and assist with work schedule assignments
Assist Store Manager in making weekly schedules
Keep showroom clean and organized, including vacuuming, dusting, and handling household cleaning materials
Keep backroom and all store area neat, clean, and organized, including following proper restroom etiquette , and taking out trash
Assist as needed in reviewing past due accounts and communicate in-person and via phone with customers to promote timely payments
Assist as needed in loading/unloading truck, delivering merchandise and installing and setup up merchandise, and instructing customers on proper use
Responsible for open and closing as directed by Call Center Manger.
1 to 3 years previous retail experience preferred
Previous management experience preferred but not required
Must have excellent organizational and management skills
Able to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced retail environment
Computer and clerical experience is preferred (MS Word and Excel)
High school diploma or GED is required
