Polinger Company is seeking to fill the following position for Commercial and Residential construction projects: Assistant Superintendent for Commercial – Residential Construction
Min. HS diploma/GED plus 3 years construction experience in Commercial and Residential renovation projects.
Must have tools and transportation.
Applicant should be familiar with OSHA regulations, and job safety requirements.
Must have general knowledge of construction scheduling, means and methods.
Physical abilities/Working Conditions
Prolonged walking, standing, stooping and kneeling required.
