DescriptionTop Compensation and Benefits leader responsible for planning, directing and executing organization-wide compensation and benefits strategies, in multiple markets, to attract and retain top talent. This includes the design and management of leader and staff base and variable compensation programs, job evaluations, annual market compensation review and actions as well as health and welfare, retirement, life and disability plans, voluntary benefits, perquisites and other non-traditional reward and recognition programs that support a dynamic and growing organization with ever increasing challenges and opportunities. Responsible for all aspects of vendor management. Leads the Compensation and Benefits department directors and reports to the Chief Human Resources Executive.
Master’s Degree required.
At least 10 years of leader experience in a large, complex organization
Expertise in a variety of Total Rewards concepts, practices and procedures
Multiple years of experience with defined contribution and defined benefit plans
At least 5 years of leadership experience in benefits
At leasr 5 years of leadership experience in compensation
