Associate Director, Human Resources (Talent Management)
St. Edward's University is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for the management of a comprehensive compensation program, performance management, recruitment and employment services and talent development. This individual will also serve as a backup for the Associate Director of Employee Relations and Diversity and Inclusion.
For consideration, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required, master's degree a plus. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred. Title IV and Diversity Inclusion experience is a plus. Possesses a minimum of 5 year's experience as a human resources generalist, with at least 2 years of experience in supervision and departmental management and Employee Relations.
