**Job Description** Practice Building, Delivery Excellence and Growth Platforms - showcase your ability to drive opportunity identification and development within our Data and Advanced Analytics Healthcare (Payer and Provider) and Life Sciences Market. **Responsibilities include:** + Leading Data & Advanced Analytics deal solutioning, sales, and delivery engagements across the sector + Working closely and directly with account executives and clients to identify data anad analytics opportunities in the Healthcare (Payer and Provider) and Life Sciences sector + Develop and execute aggressive practice growth plans + Provide strategic short- & long-term practice thought leadership around offerings and asset development + Pursue and cultivate strong relationships with client decision makers and influence client buying behaviors based on our extensive Artificial Intelligence capabilities, assets and thought leadership + Formulate a strategic vision and a tactical roadmap to address client's critical Data & Analytics needs in conformance with overall corporate objectives + Demonstrated leadership capabilities in Data & Analytics on complex engagements in global environments + Serve as a subject matter expert available to accelerate sales and delivery in high growth areas + Bring deep and meaningful Payer client relationships to expedite time to value + Manage a team of Associate Partners, & Senior Managing consultants with expertise in AI, Advanced Analytics, and Data Services + Author white papers, POVs and other industry thought capital, and attend and speak at conferences to evangelize the company’s best-in-class work **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** + At least 5+ years leading Data & Advanced Analytics deal solutioning, sales, and delivery engagements across the sector. + Proven experience growing a data and analytics pipeline by a minimum of 30% per year + At least 8+ years’ experience in Data and Advanced analytics + At least 5 years’ experience in technical Healthcare consulting and sales focused on the Payer Market. + At least 5 years’ experience in industry related business and systems in Life Sciences/Healthcare **Preferred Tech and Prof Experience** + At least 10+ years’ experience in Healthcare (Payer and Provider) and Life Sciences Data and Advanced analytics + At least 8 years’ experience in technical Healthcare consulting and sales focused on the Healthcare (Payer and Provider) and Life Sciences Market. **EO Statement** IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
