You willprovide administration, coordination, and support of graduate medical educationprograms for residents and fellows in the Department of Psychiatry. You willcarry out functions for all ACGME-accredited programs; ensuring that annualrequirements are met, educational activities which support the curriculum aremaintained, and support the Administrative Director and Program Directors. Morespecifically related to the management of onboarding and recruitment of residents,you will utilize MedHub (online residency management system) and update dataand schedules. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics related to residencyand fellowship recruitment, including the coordination of tasks forinterviewers and interviewees on the day of scheduled interviews. You willcoordinate away-rotations for rotating trainees including the approval ofrotation schedules, onboarding, orienting and granting access required to carryout hospital duties. You will manage the entry of personnel and payroll datainto the Employee Database (UCPath), including all aspects of personnelupdates. You will develop processes to improve task efficiency bystandardizing formats for routine correspondence and identify areas forimproved efficiency within residency promotions tracking.
Workingknowledge of ACGME, GMEC, and other residency/fellowship requirements required;experience using NRMP and ERAS programs required.
Ability tomaintain multiple schedules with complex logistics involving services such astravel, housing, catering, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Working knowledgeof University accounting and procedures to accomplish standard departmentalaccounting transactions.
Skill in settingpriorities, in consultation with training directors, which accurately reflectrelative importance of job responsibilities, and ability to work concurrentlyon several projects.
Ability tocommunicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with directors, seniorlevel administrators, academicians and all others concerning a wide range ofcomplex organizational and administrative issues.
Flexibility tomove from one project to another based on changing priorities and frequentinterruptions.
