Athletic Trainer, Ortho-Center of Excellence, UofL Health-Frazier, Days, Full Time at UofL Physicians

As a member of the sports medicine team with Frazier Rehab Institute, this position provides athletic training services for a local high school with more than 300 male and female student athletes covering a wide range of sports. This position works closely with the athletic director, coaches, physical therapists, and local physicians.

Bachelors degree in athletic training or related field from an accredited college/university. Required experience varies based on practice setting and programmatic needs of the facility. Nationally certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association. Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or State of Indiana, as appropriate to the facility. Clinical skills required vary based on practice setting and programmatic needs of the facility. Experience in an outpatient rehab setting strongly preferred. Experience in a high school or collegiate environment preferred. Effective time management. Effective oral and written communication skills.
