Illinois' # 1 Lincoln Retailer is looking for a Service Manager to work in our highly successful service department. Our ideal candidate is someone who has exceptional customer service skills, is adept at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced, sales driven environment.
Service background is great but not required.
We want you to succeed! $5,000 / Month for the 1st two Months Guaranteed!
- The foremost responsibility of the Service Manager is to provide exceptional customer service!
- Serve as primary point of communication between the client and technician - effectively and efficiently relaying information.
- Accurately verify warranty and service contracts.
- Prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and descriptions of symptoms, etc.
- Advise customers on additional needed services
- Take ownership of the service experience at the dealership
- Assist the Service Director in executing various projects, launching new platforms, etc...The automotive industry is rapidly changing and we are looking for someone who is interested in taking an innovative and tech forward approach to the job!
