Job Duties: We currently have an opening for an Assistant Vice President/Branch Administrator. This position is required to be proficient in every aspect of branch operations. Recommends policies, procedures and objectives for banking offices. Ensures branch policies, procedures and best practices are in regulatory compliance and conform to overall institutional policies.
In addition to being proficient in Operations, this position requires exceptional interpersonal skills. The AVP/Branch Administrator is expected to ensure policies and procedures are followed and provides the oversight to ensure so and additional training necessary to ensure proficiency. This position requires travel within a specified Region.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must be a self-starter, have a thorough working knowledge of all operations areas of the bank, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior banking experience should include: writing procedures, training staff and understanding of compliance. Must be highly motivated, able to work well under pressure and without immediate supervision. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or the equivalent experience is desired.
