AVP, Corporate Financial Systems – FP&A ( Job Number:330930 )DescriptionJob Description: The AVP, Corporate Financial Systems – FP&A will be responsible for leadingend-to-end IT delivery of system development and changes to new and existing functionality within the FP&A portfolio to support the objectives of Finance Planning teams around the globe. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing theentire SDLC and will partner with other IT groups within the organization to implement capabilities which adhere to corporate standards for architecture, infrastructure, security and compliance. The position requires excellent communication skills and experience with partnering effectively with the business. The application is deployed globally and this role will require strong capabilities in collaboration and working across traditional organizational hierarchies to deliver effectively against the plans and strategic vision. They will need to be self-sufficient and comfortable with building internal networks, both with the business and other technology teams. The role will have responsibility for managing the development team resources and delivering effective solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (formerly TM1). This also includes a focus on proactively identifying opportunities to optimize existing reporting and analytics solutions for financial planning activities. Candidate should be self-motivated, results oriented and able to multi-task across different teams and applications. Further the candidate will need to work effectively with remotely dispersed teams as the role will require constant communication across various regional teams. QualificationsRequired Skills:
