Banker - Servicing Analyst ?

Job Summary 
This team is responsible for performing Title Origination and/or Title Correction transactions to perfect collateral timely by working closely with internal/external stakeholders (25% of the time) and customers (75% of the time). The focus of this hire will be in Title Origination, servicing customers across the US.

Duties

• Perform Title Origination and/or Title Correction transactions to perfect collateral timely by working closely with internal/external stakeholders, and customers
• Follow-up with jurisdictions (DMV) for timely receipt of proof of perfection on complex lease and loan assets
• Collaborate with management in accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational performance data
• Ensure titles are placed in the correct customer’s names, and correcting administrative errors when a discrepancy arises
• Ensure assets are perfected correctly
• Responsible for participation and completion of analysis of information and processes
• Create and administer reporting for the process

Desired Skills/ Experience

• Strong MS Office skills- specifically Outlook, Excel
• Strong typing skills, in both speed and accuracy- 60 WPM
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience interpreting and handling loan documentation
• Experience with title origination or corrections would be a nice bonus
• Experience working in a data entry role would be a great asset
