Location: Chantilly, VA 20151
Shift: 9 HOUR SHIFT between the hours of 10 am and 11 pm with 2 days off per week (training is 8:30 am - 5 pm)
Receiving inbound calls from banking customers. Answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issues, etc. Most calls will be for password resets - We want our customers to receive a WOW experience. We want someone who has the ability to be an active listener and is able to express empathy to the customer.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Solid internet navigational skills are needed
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with an online bill pay service is a plus
Pre-employment background, credit, and drug screen are required
One year customer service experience and/or one year call center experience
