Deschutes County Health Services is currently recruiting for a Program Manager to lead Behavioral Health Complex Outpatient Care Services teams located primarily at our main clinic in Bend. We are looking for a candidate with a strong vision and understanding of community mental health, integrated healthcare delivery and healthcare transformation. This leadership position is responsible for program development and implementation, evaluation of services and systems, operational logistics, and direct oversight of our Access and Adult Outpatient Teams. This position will also have significant grant development and oversight responsibilities.  Other responsibilities for this position include program development, operational logistics, contractual monitoring, and direct oversight of three supervisors and their teams, as well as close coordination with leadership of our co-located primary care clinic. The individual selected for this role must be able to function as part of a leadership team and collaborate with a wide network of community partners.
